In regards to David Auto Sales/Phillips Auto Sales. This place is a scam. My first mistake was putting a deposit of $1000 on vehicle because Kala told me would be returned. That was a lie. Kala appears friendly, but is just as deceptive as David. They did not provide proper documentation for the vehicle and claim they couldn’t give a 45 day plate because they didn’t have the title number for the vehicle. Then for two weeks after allowing me to drive off the lot with no insurance( I had it they just didn’t check) or 45 plate. I when to the DMV and got my own plate( after being pulled over 4 times) which created a massive problem for me being able to get a hard tag. It has been almost two months and this vehicle is still not properly registered because of them. You can’t pay in person beca

I tried to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt because I bought a jeep there. It was fine then I went and bought another vehicle and I actually still have not got the title or tag. It’s just sittinf unfortunately. I’m gonna have to take it to court unfortunately because I’m not really sure what else to do. If anyone wants to hear how he really talks to people and that girl that works with him, you can contact me. I have a voice recording Of how they really talk to people, I tried to let it go. I r deleted my my first review a few months ago, but I’m just gonna have to take it to court because I’m not really sure what else to do at this point. I have plenty of evidence thankfully 😅

Do not buy from this dealership! Bought a car back in July and never received my title. Called him and messaged him many times. We had to put in a claim at the dmv. After 4 months we were able to get the title and we had to pay 350. He does not do his job

I really was trying to give David the benefit of a doubt. I'm really not going to go into details. But I am a firm believer that God will deal with my problems that i have with this dealership. With that being said if you want to buy a car with no hassle you better not come here. If you just looking for something to get to and from this is your place. I'm not going to list all of my experiences with this dealership. I do no I want go cheap again. I wish these kids the best with this business. Hopefully I'll here from them soon to finish up my business with them.

Was about to buy a car and the door handle came off in my hand. Both the front door handles were messed up. We left a deposit (which was cashed immediately) and filled out a receipt saying the balance would be paid/car would be picked up when the door handles were fixed. Owner signed this receipt and said the parts were on order. After a week of varying lies, he insisted we take the deposit back because the repair was going to be more than he thought. He had already agreed to this repair IN WRITING. Any honest business person would have known he had to eat that cost to be a person of integrity. He said he had to sell it for more because of the cost of the repair. During the week of lies, not once did HE initiate any conversation with me. He said he could not refund the deposit check to us
