Good place to get your car fixed. They were able to get me in and out in one day, which I did not expect. It was nice because I was passing through the area and concerned about the safety of driving my vehicle much further. Thanks guys.

Great staff. I was sent to them from another place to get my window regulator replaced in my BMW. I popped up in the morning without an appointment. Told me they would get it looked at and 3 hours later it was all replaced and working amazing. I cannot thank them enough for their service. Everyone was nice and the coffee was hot. Lol...definitely will be back amd I live in Beckley. They now have a loyal customer. I highly recommend Davis auto.

Took my vehicle here twice for a wheel bearing replacement and then a bushing issue. These were on the right rear tire. The car was still making similar noises as if nothing was fixed. Took my car to Subaru soon after and they sent me a video explaining that my right rear tire had a loose bolt and the axel nut was only threaded on one time. The service tech was able to twist it off with his hand. We will not go here again. I understand we are human and people make mistakes, but this could've cost me, my family, or others lives.

I called to see if they were available to work on my car, and the man I spoke told me to come in on Wednesday at 8AM. But when I got there, I was told they weren't taking any more cars before noon. When I said I had an 8AM appointment, they acted like I was making it up, because they don't do appointments, and whoever I spoke to was probably just telling me when they open. It was around 8AM Tuesday when I called him, so I don't believe that. I don't understand this behavior. If you're busy and can't take any more cars, just say so. You don't make any money off the people you turn away, so it makes no sense to tell them to come in.

I can’t say enough good things about Davis Automotive. These fellas are honest, dependable and haven’t amazing turnaround time in all of my dealings with them. thank you guys for keeping my old truck and dog on the road 🛻🐾
