Davis Glass is one of the worst businesses in Cape Girardeau and I regret working with this organization. George the owner and estimator came over to measure for a new window and a new Shower door. When we schedule the first attempt to have his install team come out was when it snowed on 12/28. I arranged my schedule so that I could be available to help not knowing it was going to snow. That day no one reached out nor was I able to contact anyone to ask if we were going to reschedule. Three days later, we rescheduled the install for 10 days later. I have never put a poor review on any site for any business. But I am blown away with the extremely poor customer service by Davis Glass in Cape Girardeau, MO. I’m very pro business. I am also for the people that use companies and make a company what it is. Mistakes happen, that’s a fact. Every business has made mistakes. It’s not the mistakes you make as a company that defines you, it’s how you resolve those issues. After explaining my issue with Davis Glass to the receptionist and asking for management she was extremely rude. By the end of the conversation I was told that Davis Glass would no longer do business with me. This was due to me explaining multiple issues with a Davis Glass employee in my home and still not having glass in a window that the Davis Glass employee damaged. The re

The person who answers the phone has a major attitude problem. She needs to learn how not to speak to people. When I asked why she didn’t call back as promised. Her response was “ listen lady you and about 100 other people are to get in here.” WOW. I went to Jackson Glass they are really nice people.

What a terrible company to work with, and even more terrible service techs and customer service agent over the phone. We provided clear communication for our repairs. Its on camera, both the communication and the call. Thank Goodness for cameras in businesses these days. Not only does it catch video, but It also has sound. We will report to the BBB, because this is poor business at best. The lady over the phone needs better communication skills, that's for sure. Family owned or not, do the job right.

They need someone at the front counter that is knowlegable about window parts without my having to "come back when the guys are here". When I asked when they would be there, I was told , " I didn't know since they are out putting windows in"... Well, I never went back. I had even paid for a glass replacement in a frame just a few days before this incident. Very disorganized company in my opinion.
