Spoke with Brian S. He was polite and understanding of my situation. When I am able I will be coming back to Davis Honda for my next car. Great people all around 👍. Parts department Billy was also very nice.

I would give this service center a 0-star rating if I could. I visited the service department on December 12, 2025, and my experience was deeply disappointing. I’m writing this review to caution anyone considering doing business here, particularly if you value honest pricing and transparent customer service. The dealership’s website clearly advertised the service I needed at $1,022.70. Trusting this information, I made an appointment and arrived for my scheduled check-in. However, I was shocked to discover that the actual price quoted to me at the dealership was roughly $2,700—almost triple the original advertised cost! I recently visited the Honda Service Center for a recall, and I wanted to share my experience. The staff was professional, but I especially want to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by Matthew. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and ensuring that I was comfortable with the steps being taken. His friendly and attentive approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate. A big thank you to Matthew for your great customer service!!

I have to give a major shout out to the Honda Service department and also ( Jessica) for helping my son to get back on the road quickly on April 3rd ! I'm so glad Justin recommended for us to think about purchasing the Davis Warranty when we bought the Honda Civic! It literally paid for itself and I was floored at how fast the claim was submitted on my behalf . My son texted me that he hit a pot hole 🕳 and was taking it to Honda for them to look at it. Jessica texted me within minutes that she was going to look into things and keep me abreast of the claim approval. I thought my son would need a loaner and before you knew it Jessica was texting me back that he would be on his way and everything was fixed within 20 mins!
