Davis Tire & Auto of Talladega

I bought 4 tires yesterday from Davis tire in Talladega. The tire size I needed were not in the store but they could have them after lunch so I said that would be great. Davis tire called me to let me know the tires were there . I brought my car to them and the guys had them on in no time. I am very satisfied with the tires and service I received if you need tires give Davis tire a chance to earn your business. I know I will be back the next time I need tires.

This is a VERY personable team of professionals who have my best interest in mind every time I bring my car in for service! I’m especially impressed with their diagnostics of exactly what my car needs to keep it trouble free and running. I like the fact that they provide photos of the work done and send them to me along with a precise itemized bill. Tried to contact Davis Tire and auto and was placed on hold. While I was on hold I heard everything in the background, also the gentleman mention which sounded like he was talking to a co worker that they "jack up the prices and then give them a discount so it seems like they are getting something" I held on the phone for 18 minutes until I got at the place of business. I walked in and there was 2 gentlemen up front and no customers. They asked how they could help and still being on hold I asked do they usually place customers on hold for 18 minutes and he stated yes if they are busy. I decided with the whole "jacking up prices" comment and being placed on hold for 18 minutes I decided not to get help from there. I called on Friday morning and they were able to get the tires I wanted that afternoon and replaced my tires Monday morning very quickly. Extremely nice and helpful guys that I dealt with. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am writing this review to share my recent and very disappointing experience with the tires I purchased from Davis Tires. I bought a full set in February, and by April they began getting flat losing air The issue continued to worsen and now the tires go completely flat almost every single day Even after refilling them multiple times, they do not hold air. The car has also started to skid because of this which unfortunately led to a minor accident I spent $850 on these tires and the quality has been far below what I expected. What makes this especially disappointing is that I have always relied on Davis Tires for all of my mechanical repairs They took care of those services very well which is why I continued to return.
