Steel grates in the bay stick up about a quarter inch above concrete. So while you're washing your vehicle you're creating a mud'n pit to plow thru when finished. Spent $10 to wash my Raptor, $5 of it blowing two paths in the clay mud to exit. Unsat.
You can wash your car yourself or you can use the self wash. It's got a vacuum outside as well. Reasonable prices
Great wash. Always had the needed chemicals to do the job. I usually use the automatic.
