My experience with this dealership was excellent. The customer service and purchase of vehicle was smooth, however the really outstanding service came from a slight problem transporting the car home. During the drive home warning lights popped on and the car started to be unresponsive. I called the dealer immediately and he personally had it towed to a shop, looked over, and repaired (it was only a loose battery connection). He even offered a temporary car in case it was an issue that required extended time for repairs. This was not needed however appreciated. The owner followed up after to make sure everything was ok and the car was functioning correctly. I was impressed Dax went the extra mile for my purchase. I would recommend this dealership.

We worked with AJ and I can speak highly enough about our experience! He was so honest, straightforward, helpful and everything was done and was seamless! I was searching for a car that was within my budget and found a 2020 Chevy Malibu that was listed. I inquired about it and drove up to test drive it and purchase it. Upon test driving it, the car was a smooth drive but the only issue I found was the TPMS sensor light was on and it had a little trouble shifting. I had mentioned it to the dealer after my test drive and he just said that the car had been sitting for a minute and it would adjust itself. He also gave me his personal phone number to contact him if I needed further help. I drove it home and fixed the TPMS sensors (not that big of a deal) and then 3 days after I purchased the car, the transmission went out. I had purchased an after market warranty but the warranty company is not wanting to cover anywhere near the amount it takes t

No matter how many times a buyer complains about an issue that was mentioned to them. They are very inconsiderate. He bought a car from them and the first months he continued to take it back to them and they never took out the time to check it out.
