Absolutely impressed is an understatement. I am very thankful for how easy, fast and good they were with repairs on my vehicle. Very kind and easy to reach through phone call.

Extremely happy with my brake job. When I came in they went for a test drive with me to make sure they knew what I needed. When they found the issue the owner himself put my car on the lift to show me the problem first hand. He is very thorough and explains car lingo to the layman really well. On top of all of that, he billed me for 1/2 the amount of time he spent on it (because that was what was in the estimate given. This place is SO upfront and honest, willing to go the extra mile. The only person I'll trust to fix my vehicles from now on!!!

John and Amy helped me make an informed and affordable decision when it came to my new (to me) car. I feel they went above and beyond what I would have expected of a car sales place. P.S. I'm not an easy customer. I take reviews seriously. Thank you Day Auto!!!

I have been bringing my vehicles to Day auto for quite some time. The service has always been great. Not too long ago I brought my Nissan as it was acting up- John mentioned it would take a few days until it would be ready as he was behind on his work, I agreed and left my vehicle. When it was ready, he called, I paid and drove away with my vehicle. Not even a day went by when I noticed the SAME problem- I went back and he told me the same thing, it would be a while until he could look at it. I agreed and left my vehicle. I received a call and Amy informed me, John did change a part and it “seemed” better but the actual problem was yet to be fixed- (at this time my vehicle wasn’t going over 40MPH), Amy quoted me at $89 at first- it was Thursday and they would be closed Friday, Saturday and

I first met Jon from Day Auto in Brillion years ago when I used to organize Mustang Car Shows at the Pioneer Airport at EAA and he always brought his gorgeous Mustangs for people to enjoy. We have kept in touch ever since and when I needed to find my daughter's first vehicle, he was there to help me in the process. I found a vehicle and asked him to go and look at it with me because I respected his car expertise. He not only drove 2 hours to look at the car, but he brought a trailer along in case we decided to purchase the car. Well, to make a long story short, Jon helped guide me through the purchase and my daughter was thrilled when we pulled up with her first car loaded onto Jon's trailer. Jon and Amy are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet and truly put customer service first!
