Jeremy is awesome! I had a dead battery and was stuck. He responded quickly to the call and showed up pronto with a brand new battery and installed it on the spot- which saved my day. Jeremy is very courteous and professional. The experience was a very pleasant one and the price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Jeremy and DAY & NIGHT 24 HR MOBILE AUTO REPAIR to anyone that gets stranded with their vehicle and needs it fixed properly, quickly, and at a fair price

As a retired ex Police Officer, stay away from this place. They practice bad business practices and there not men of there word. Jeremy has advised me that he would return calls in the evening at least 3 times and never happens. His reason all the time was I'm sorry, was busy. They took my part from my truck and now my truck is stranded. I had to call them and ask Jeremy for an invoice. They leave you hanging. I will not deal with horrible customer service. I will thru the courts and my attorney get my part back for my truck because on the invoice that you finally gave me it states that you have to replace the connector. Stay away from this business. Don't even come to my house.

Worst experience I’ve ever had older dude in a dodge came to my house put a starter in in less than 40 minutes said he will come back after he diagnoses. Another car came back in the middle of the night. Put two fuel filters in my car. my truck still won’t start And he says now it’s my air filter but will just continue on after $600 later my truck still don’t start and he left his $5000 snap on computer on my seat. Luckily I gave it to his coworker stripped out a bolt on my fuel pump and charge me for over three hours . Very bad experience I would not recommend.

Terrible experience. I had a flat tire early in the morning on the way to take my 4 children to schools and called these people for assistance. First they said 15 to 20 minutes and after waiting 30 minutes called for an update they said the guy was in rout and would be to me in 15 to 20 minutes so I again waited another 30 minutes I have now sat an hour in my car on the side of the road with 4 small children. I call them again, and this time, they choose to ignore my phone calls, and I ended up having to call another company to actually come out to assist. 24-hour assistant is a total lie!!! Don't waste your money or time on these people.

i so wanted to give Jeremy a great review but unfortunately I think the other 1 star reviewers were right. Don’t waste a phone call on Jeremy, call someone else. i called around 5:30PM on a Sunday and was pretty happy when someone actually answered the phone. I explained the problem and Jeremy gave what I thought was a fair price. more importantly, he told me he would come today! It’s almost 9pm and he hasn’t called me or texted me to let me know he’s still coming or if something came up and he needed to reschedule. Jeremy totally let me down
