Update: finally received some communication once the issue was escalated. Hoping that this will continue until my car is picked up. Dropped my car off on 12/22/25 and have had Zero communication since then unless I’ve called first. Took 2 weeks to get someone on the phone that was able to give me the timeline details. I was FINALLY told on 1/6 that they started working on the vehicle (I understand holidays delaying things) and that it would be ready on 1/14/26. I call today (1/13/26) to double check so I can make arrangements for work, just to be told “oh no that’s not gonna happen, your bumper and fender arrived damaged” okay cool, things happen and that’s out of their control. My problem is no one was going to communicate this to me when they arrived to let me know there would be an add

Rodney, Zach, and Rita did an exceptional job on my corvette. They advocated for ensuring my car was restored correctly. stellar job

Overall, this a good experience with a bad situation. My son hit a deer with his car, a Dodge Charger. So, they work other makes and not just GM products. Day’s Collision was recommended and it was a preferred option for Progressive Insurance. As with most repairs these days, part availability was a small issue, but the staff at Day’s kept informed to help plan accordingly. So far , the work they did looks great and the service was great as well! Again, they made and easy time out of a bad situation.

Not the best experience honestly. Customer service not very helpful and they didn't listen to a thing I said. I asked for several things to be fixed and none of it was. All in all I would not recommend this place for service.

We brought a damaged vehicle in for repair/replacement. Not only was the staff clear in communication & extremely friendly but they were quick and accurate with the repair. We appreciate Rodney & his team for the easiest repair we’ve ever experienced! 10/10
