My tire pressure was showing low so I stopped at Rutter's to put air in it only for that machine to completely deflate my tire 😓 Brian from D&B came down, put air in my tire and then plugged it so I wouldn't have an issue moving forward. Quick and professional; highly recommend!

Doug and Brian fit me at the last minute for inspection. They worked around my schedule as I work in Baltimore 5 days a week. They accommodated me and gave me a Saturday appointment. I didn't have to take time off work. They also installed 2 new tires and did an oil change. My bill was very reasonable. I will definitely be back! Great customer service.
