They did a complete rebuild on my 1999 ford ranger transmission several months ago. I don't drive it a lot, but I have driven it enough to be completely satisfied with the work, price and people. Great job.

Car trouble while moving across the country on New Year’s Day could have been a nightmare, but DC Automotive & Transmission turned it into a great experience. Even though it was his day off, he answered the phone and went out of his way to call around trying to help me find assistance. When no one was available because of the holiday, he got me in first thing the next morning and even helped get me back to my hotel. Truly above-and-beyond service, honest communication, and someone who genuinely cares about helping people. With any luck, I’ll be back on the road in the morning. Highly recommend!

I took my 2021 Chevy Colorado in for transmission rebuild. Danny and his son did a great job. The service was excellent and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them.

Danny is the best, most helpful and above and beyond Mechanic I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We had an out-of-town emergency on the road with my transmission while towing, and he stopped what he was doing despite being closed and went out of his way to ensure that the truck was inspected/fixed/ready for the road. I have never had customer service of this caliber; one where he treated your emergency as if it was his own emergency or close family member. He went as far as to go out of the way to status check us while in route after being seen at the shop to see how the truck was holding. I’m honestly considering sending all my vehicles from West Virginia via transport truck just so he is the mechanic to work on them. 10 stars.

I took my transmission and dropped it off. Within a week I had it back. Not to mention it was Christmas week. I've had it for about two and a half months, and it's running great. I would definitely recommend. They do a great job and are very friendly.
