DC New And Used Tires

1/30/25 My relative got a flat tire & drove to this establishment. This shop had a tire for an Infinity coupe & fixed the tire quickly. The customer service was great. They accept Apple Pay.

Never get tired from here. I came for 2 tires and they put ICE/SNOW SPECIFIC TIRES ON. I noticed when I drove off and my car started shaking from the rough wheels. I went back and they agreed to replace the tires with regular road tires, only it would take a week for them to get them in stock. I returned after a week and they basically said they don’t know when they will get them in, implying I should wait indefinitely until they do. I instead asked for a refund and they refused, stating that they don’t issue refunds even though that’s not posted on the receipt or anywhere in or on the shop. At this time, I am still waiting for the tires as they continue to give the run around and tell me “a few more days.” If I don’t hear something soon I will be filing a lawsuit against this unprofession

Shady business alert. They scam you by saying your tires are badly damaged instead of a quick repair. They tried to sell me used tired that was in worst condition. I had a flat in front of their station and considered using them until I realized they are still shady. Once before the mechanic bait and switched a part for $168 only to find out it a money grab. Beware. Use anyone else!

Fair prices, the men seemed very honest about what I needed to do next and when. Went for two tires and an oil change, because I couldn’t remember which tire had the nail they checked all four even going so far as to remove one to recheck after I had paid. The men were polite and efficient, I see why my neighbors recommended them.
