First time here today getting an oil changed under the Lithia free oil change plan. got an appointment for 4:30 PM. Check in went smoothly and then it was downhill from there. At an hour and a half I decided to check on my car and I came to find out they didn’t even take it in yet. Ended up spending about three hours to get this oil change. I almost wish I just paid for it at a different shop. If you decide to go to this service center better off asking for a loaner. The only saving Grace to this place was Jeffrey who was helping me during this frustrating time and he did it professionally kindly and I appreciate all the help he gave me. Went there to look at a particular used car. They called me at 5:56 and confirmed availability. When I arrived at 6:39 car was not available. Tried to sell me something more expensive by $7,000. Typical bait and switch another example of a dealer that will do anything just to get you in the door. Don't waste your time. Stick with reputable dealers. Poor customer experience I have ever. I checked in 10:30AM just for multi point inspection and tire rotation and they took 5 hours to complete the job. Even they do not have drinking water available and you have to buy it. I am not coming again here.

The shuttle and ride service is terrible. They only can get you a ride to leave the service center, but cannot get you a ride back. The waiting time is incredibly long for at least 30 mins. The ride can be even cancelled by the driver with no reason. It is really frustrating in the morning before work. It’s a waste of time.

I recently brought my car in because I was hearing a grinding sound, after they did the inspection the summary stated that all 4 of my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced and were damaged beyond repair. Not to mention the total cost came out to $1,500 which is ridiculous. Meanwhile, I had just brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance 7 months ago and everything about my car came back perfectly. I take excellent care of my car and do not drive it enough to warrant such drastic changes in my brakes in the span of 7 months. I already voiced my concerns to the service manager Mike Olson, who was of no help other than making excuses that I do not trust, rather than take accountability for maybe missing something during my inspection back in February.
