I had an engine installed in a Ford ranger 89 first the price was 1500 then the V6 3.0 wouldn't match with my intake or some bs over all it cost more than 3 grand. The kicker is I ended up putting the truck in a different shop they asked if I had converted over to an automatic I said no, had an engine installed. They discovered the wrong spacer was in the engine so the only thing pushing my truck was 4 7/16 bolts where the fly mounts to the converter. Now I know why she ate flex ppates

One of my friends brought me with him to look at an engine that David was going to sell him for almost $1600. When we arrived to look at it he made a comment about my friend bringing people with him. When my friend mentioned I was a mechanic he got very upset and when I asked a question about the engine he got angry with me and told me to leave his building in a hostile way. David is probably the most unprofessional man I have ever met in my professional career. I can't believe how he treats customers that came to spend their money with him. Will not return nor will I recommend anyone to ever come here for anything. Wish you the best as a person David, hope you can one day become a better guy.

I have dealt with Dave at D&D for several years. The service has been excellent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He went above board 1000% to help me with a transmission problem I was recently having. I have found Dave to be honest and a good person to assist with his sales, and honor his warranties.

If I could give less than one star for these crooks, I would. We have a mechanic shop and one of our customers bought an engine from this place. It came with paper work showing it had all this testing done on it, but when we dropped the oil pan to replace the gasket (as requested by this place) there were huge chunks of the timing components in the bottom of the oil pan. Called my customer and had him come out to look at the engine and he didn't want to try to repair it and put it in his car in case there was more damage. So this place was called and notified of what was found, and the customer was told that we must have caused the damage. The customer decided to send the engine back, but they wouldn't come and pick it up. They told him he had to get it back to them and were going to charg
