D&D Service Center

I'm just done going there. I've lived here my whole life. Used them a lot for tires. They honestly have always been fine with that but every time I walk in I feel like I'm a burden to them. I can stand there for 5 minutes with my tire in hand before guy even looks up and acknowledges me. And the last 2 times I have gotten a new tire they said they would call me when it's ready. They never did. I either called or showed up late afternoon and it has been ready for hours. That's frustrating. I never drop off my vehicle , I always bring just the old tire and wheel and always the day before. And I never get a call. It's just the lack of customer service. And the guy is always at the desk when I come in. They are always at the desk to take my money but apparently always to busy to call.

We had tire problems south of Springfield. As we waited for road side assistance, Dave from d&d tires pulled up and helped us get our tire taken care of. We also are regulars at d&d in Hamel. Great bunch of people

Driven by this place for years and stopped in to see if they had what I wanted in tires, in inventory, when nobody in Springfield did. They did! Came back to install them at 4pm. After a couple days of driving, I had to return to adjust for a vibration. They jumped on it and all seems good. Free rotations and being able to talk with the owner....that's a good thing. Give Dan Drake and his guys a shot for your next tires.

I called D&D today and spoke with Daniel —super nice guy and was VERY helpful. The situation I gave him was an unusual one and he was willing to go over and above to help. I always like to support local hometown businesses and this is why—support your own and they help when you need it. Thanks again Daniel!!

D&D Service Center has always been there for me. I am from Chicago, and in the last twenty years of traveling down south I have had two vehicle problems and they took care of me right away, from my pickup truck to my car, they were there. Thank you for fitting me in, and helping to ensure that I always make it home.
