Take my 2014 F350 Platinum truck here for service and repairs. I have gone to Mike Reichenbach Ford Lincoln in the past and had to wait days for any answers. James at Dr Diesel is readily available to work you in and does a great job. Another nice thing is he does charge dealership prices. $95/ hr. $125/ computer diagnostic check for diesel. Bring your own parts. We had a motorists hit a deer in front of our house. She was in the Navy and did not do much damage to the front of the vehicle. Next morning James worked her in to look at it, as she was expected to report for duty in Virgina that day. I went and got the parts needed and James had her on her way back to base in about 4 hours. Really a stand up guy Hours of operation 9-6 M-F I believe he also sales actioned cars he repairs.
Antonio and Jesse with DD Towing provided the highest quality of customer service and were extremely professional when towing my car. I would have no hesitation in recommending DD Towing to anyone needing roadside assistance.
The owner was very professional. He picked up my truck and got it where it needed to be without there being a problem at all. The price was great and he was very prompt. Everything was done with a smile. Great experience.
Mr. James went above and beyond of what was required and made sure I was in a safe location, before departing.
