DDH 10-Minit Lube

I had been using this establishment since the original owner opened up. Always had my brand oil service was flawless. Went twice since it changed hands, first time was great, but the 2nd time was a complete deal breaker and ended me ever going back. One of the things on the list of what happened during the hour that I was there. First was we were let wait while the owner chatted several minutes with whoever was in the vehicle in the service bay ahead of us as we were being staired at and vehicles were being put ahead of us. I should have left then because things continued downhill from there.

We needed a quick oil change Justin and Brion got us in and out real quick!! Also the price is a huge difference compared to what we would have payed in Texas. Thankyou guys for your service !!

These guys are absolutely 10 out of 10 with customer service and efficiency! I can not recommend going to have them to service your vechile more! They are definitely the friendliest people while getting your oil changed quickly!

I stopped here for an oil change in September, on my way to relocate to the west coast from Florida. They didn’t properly tighten the drain bolt and it slowly leaked oil until my engine exploded. Their insurance denied responsibility, so now I am stranded, flat broke, with no way to make money. The guys in the shop were really nice, but this has been a devastating loss. They broke my only means of survival.
