Was traveling and broke down. Had a late model 2500 Chevy that needed a new water pump and serpentine belt. They came in after hours to make my repairs and got me back on the road ASAP. In this day and time thats unheard of. A good friend recommended them, and they (DDMI) stepped up. Very professional and great customer service. I would highly recommend DDMI. Thanks guys.
Very professional and friendly people run and work for this business. They took care of my punctured tire quickly without making me feel rushed. They made recommendations for other work in a matter-of-fact way that came across as honest and completely stress-free. I felt valued as a customer even though the repair was a simple job that cost less than $20. I will return to DDMI Tires and Lube, and I will recommend them to family and friends.
Have officially made them our go to for any of our needs… Atmosphere is welcoming and workers are quick and efficient… Goes without saying they do their jobs thoroughly, without having to wait all day…
Saved our vacation! Had a tire blow out on our trailer. Rang them and they were so nice. Arrived 5 minutes before closing on Thanksgiving Eve... Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We were blessed to have a blowout and for DDMI to be our saviors. Thank you Lord and Thank you DDMI 🙏
David and his team of professionals go above and beyond to make you feel like family! This company is the cream of the crop, a Waygu Steak, or like your favorite pair of socks (you know the ones with holes in them) I drive 40 miles to have Mark change my oil, Krista always greats you with a smile and David offers the best quality products at a more than fair price! I wouldn’t take my family’s vehicles to anybody else’s shop! Keep up the great work
