Really wonderful folks here. There is something to be said for small-town businesses—they’re fair, honest, and professional. I only needed a simple inspection sticker, but they handled it with care. Usually, it irritates me when shops leave old adhesive behind or slap the new sticker on crooked, but these guys took the time to do it right. It might seem like a small detail, but it shows they actually care about their customers' vehicles. I’ll be bringing all our cars here from now on. Thanks for making a simple task truly simple!"

Genuinely one of the most professional and fastest auto repair in shops I’ve ever been to. I broke down on the highway at 2 AM and while waiting for for AAA for seven hours in the cold I finally rang these legends within 15 minutes I was in warm truck with my car and on the way to their shop three hours later I was back on the road. Can’t fault them.

Today I arrived at Dewitt Tire @8:15am asking for my only vehicle to be looked at for an engine light, I had previously brought it in to be diagnosed was told they couldn’t pinpoint the issue but they turned the engine light off and if it came back on to return. I was told by the owner because I didn’t have a “ride home” and would be waiting (I did explain I had no problem waiting until close of business and if they couldn’t get to it I would bring it back again) he did try to be polite but wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and went on to divulge his business issues, I again tried to explain I would drop it off but remain in the vicinity meaning i’d walk to nearby stores to kill time, he told me no, I could not do that, but I had to go home and they would call me 😣 so I left. Have always dealt with them even when they were in Dewitt. Haven't been in awhile due to work and not getting home before they close. Went in for oil change today in and out in about 20 minutes. Never had a problem. They will always work with you.
