Do not go to this place. The “OWNER” terry is disgusting. This woman has no bedside manner. She was very unprofessional and kept claiming that my business is not business to her. Kept repeating irrelevant information to me asking why do I keep calling to obtain insurance through her. I was referred by my sister in law but I I’ll make sure to let friends, family and potential clients aware of her behavior. She seems to be upset because a policy I had through her with the company Medota was cancelled and I did not renew. I work with State Farm! What type of customer service is this? And why is that her problem? I allowed my policy to cancel for the simple fact that I no longer had a vehicle and had been without one for a year already.
