Al came to us through AAA, he spent time checking my engine over, gave his opinions on what was wrong and what seemed fine. He was so friendly and engaging. And the tow he arranged came so quickly. Thanks Al!

Picked my 4Runner up today after D.E.A. completed a relatively large repair. Part of the repair involved electrical problems and installation of a new computer, as well as tires, brakes, and exhaust. Couldn’t ask for more from a repair shop. Danielle, their service advisor is great to work with. She kept me up to date regarding cost(very reasonable) and progress of the repair. Alan took the time to explain the repair to me from a technical standpoint. I highly recommend D.E.A.

Al came out to help get my 2019 Highlander started and thankfully discovered my battery needed replacement as it was never replaced and was leaking. (Saved our night and also not having to find this out tomorrow morning before work.) He was very knowledgeable and also super friendly to our little one all while getting us back up and running in no time. Thank you so much for your help and especially your kindness! =]

Great Business, with great guys working there ! I did something stupid yesterday, getting caught in a snow covered parking lot, and had to call AAA for a tow. AAA was reluctant to send a truck, fearing that they could get stuck too, but said they would leave it to the discretion of the driver when he arrives. They sent Jamie H., from D.E.A. Automotive, to pull me out. It was kinda like a sitcom episode but his truck got stuck in the snow too and he had to call for backup. Al K., also from D.E.A. Automotive, drove out to the rescue. While we were waiting, Jamie walked out to my vehicle, hand-dug the snow from around my wheels (I have spinal issues), and hand-rocked my SUV while I gunned the wheels. Allan the owner came out to my vehicle, for a battery issue. Subsequently, determined Battery needed replacement-Still under warranty. Asked about my driving habits, as a result, I realized, I was contributing to my own Battery problem. I can only give 5 stars, unfortunately. He is Professional, Knowledgeable and understanding!!
