Just wanted to share my experience with the guys at Deals 4 U. In November 2022, I purchased a car from them. I was on a budget and found a car I thought would work for me so I purchased it. Not even a week later it was making a noise in the axle area of the front end. I went in and talked to them to see if they could recommend a mechanic. They told me just to bring it in to them and they would look into it. Two days later they called to let me know I could come pick up my car. Problem fixed. As you know, SD has no lemon laws. Used vehicles are sold "as is." I was absolutely impressed with their professionalism and kindness. If you are looking for some honest guys to buy a used car from, I highly recommend them!

I understand I purchased a vehicle as is no warranty. And I paid cash. However, I feel the dealership should run it through the shop to make sure at a minimum the safety and drivability issues are handled. I asked before purchasing if something major came up, would they help me out. He said we could talk about it if something came up. Now they won't answer or return my calls. Unhappy with follow through and communication. I had a fair amount of vehicle repairs after the purchase. I found a great truck for a great price. They were very kind and picked me up at the airport in the truck I ended up buying. I made it all the way to the Denver area with no mechanical issues. I had them repair a tail light before I left the dealership. There were some blinkers, bad aligment, and minor things not

Tried to contact them through Autotrader to look at purchasing a car(Wednesday), I waited over a day and never got a response. Then I called the their listed number, no answer. Friday, I got on their website and finally found a number of someone who answered. He gave me someone else’s number to call. I called. No answer. Then I sent a text, finally got a response. He sent pictures (bc they weren’t on the website) and an auto check as requested. Then I asked a couple questions via text message including “can you call me?” All went unanswered. Then I tried again the next day. Unanswered. Seems like they didn’t want to sell me a vehicle. Please just answer the phone and respond to messages. Basic customer service.
