Bought the best lifted diesel pickup truck I've ever owned! I'll be buying my next truck from here.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Made a cash offer due to no commercial financing being available for a tow truck. They told me Yes via offer up. I advised the person I was texting that I would be taking the drive from MIAMI to purchase the truck next day. When I got to the dealership before testing driving the truck I asked regarding the cash offer we texted about and the lady there said that she was firm on her price which was NOT what we messaged about. After showing her the offer conversation in person now she said no that they never said yes to the cash offer. This was a waist of time and money for no reason. BUYERS BEWARE PLEASE READ!!! Bought a 2006 Ram 2500 nice looking truck unfortunately it was only fixed up just to leave the dealership. Soon as I bought the truck the muffler comes off had to have a new one welded on $100. Within a week of having it radiator blew into pieces $298 radiator and a $13 TSTAT. Shortly after the water pump let’s go $55 + $325 in labor. I thought it was over the fixing everything every week. Well...I was wrong. Front end started to do a death wobble $1600 in front end parts. Now I was over this truck. Called the dealership and told them I’m done with this. Started to drive in to the dealership to trade it in wouldn’t you know it the whole front end started to Violently shake from the drive shaft only having 2 bolts in it. I bought my truck from Rob back in 2017 and love it till this day. I'm actually looking to go to Rob to trade in for a king cab or 4 door. I had one problem with the truck and they took care of me. Recommended a friend and he went and bought one also. Rob is cool as hell and Tealia Wolfe is the greatest sales lady. We all talk like we been friends forever. If my money was right, I'd buy from him tomorrow.

I thought this would be a negative review but it has turned into a positive one. My son was having constant issues with his truck so he decided to go to Kelly's to purchase one that would be more dependable. He purchased a truck that he loves but within the first week it left him stranded on the side of I4 for several hours. He contacted Kelly's and they fixed the issue and had the truck back to him the very next day! Which I am very grateful for!!! Having high repair bills on top of a now truck payment could have been crippling. THANK YOU KELLY'S !
