All around fantastic ! My trucks broke. So I’m borrowing the loaner beater car and it gets a flat the day before DEVOSE appointment in Grand Rapids which is not an appointment that is easily rescheduled! They got it done right away and were very kind. Didn’t brake the bank either. Which at this emergency time I would have paid it. Showed high character which goes along way today. Thanks deans auto. !

Found them in Google. Was stuck w a bad wiring situation on my blower motor. Thanks guys for getting this old gal back on the road and her travels. Wasn't a good day to be without. I Offered to pay them much more than most would have for a 5 minute job. Very appreciative

Dean was the most HELPFUL mechanic I have ever experienced in my life. My car had been stuck 45m away from my house on the side of the road, towing it was going to be $400+ and I didn't know what to do. I went to Dean's to just ask for help or advice and he DROVE to my car with me, figured out the issue, then went BACK to his shop to get a new battery for my car. Came back to us and put the new battery in, got it running so I could originally take it home but I decided since he went SO out of his way to help me, to drive it back to his shop to get it fixed. When we got back to his shop he refused to let me give him any money for the 2 hours of work he did to help us get my car up and running just to get it off the road.
