We waited on the side of the road 2 hours ! When we finally found a tow company, Victor came and picked up my vehicle as soon as he got the call. He was very professional, very courteous and very sweet. He explained everything and even took pictures of where he took it! Highly recommend them!

On Friday 1/26/24 we were traveling from Louisiana to Alabama, in bad rain storms. We hydroplaned and ended up in a ditch on 98. Dean’s was the first company I called, he was quick, efficient and affordable! Can’t thank him enough for coming to the rescue!

I can not say enought wonderful things about this company. Not being familiar with the back road of AL/MS, I didn't realize i would find myself on a back road out of gas in the middle of the night with just me and my dog. (i stopped at gas stations for 75 miles and nothing on that road was open all that way so yes I ran out. I contacted the Sheriff department, 911 and State patrol who all basically told me it sucks to be me...at midnight. So i reached out to my insurance company who assigned someone to assist me. After an hour and a half no one showed....nor would they answer the phone. I was assigned to another company to assist. A second company accepted the job only to not show up so there want another hour and a half. Finally I was assigned to Dean's. I was our of the way for
