Dearden Towing and Repair Aurora

So my car got towed the other day. Not because I parked wrong or anything—they just took it. "Hold for owner" they said, like they were doing me a favor. Then they hit me with a $533 bill for a 23-mile tow of a little Nissan. I've lived in Utah long enough to know that's easily double or triple what anyone else charges. Already felt sick about that. But it gets worse. When I finally got my car back, I noticed cash missing from inside. And my dashcam memory card? Gone. Stolen. They claimed they opened my car to do an "inventory check" (my guy, you don't need to inventory someone's private stuff when you're supposedly "protecting" their car). And surprise surprise—no inventory list was ever made. Instead, the impound report just says "see bodycams." Yeah. See bodycams. How convenient. S

​I was looking for a local tow, but I’m honestly upset just from reading the newest reviews specifically about the experience @Loay Shihabi had here. Charging $533 for only 23 miles is predatory, but the way they were treated is even worse— you need to take a look if that's something you don't mind but for me it's a deal breaker, it's just plain wrong.

Huge thank you to the individual that towed my car and took it to an auto shop in Spanish Fork, on a Friday night! He called me and updated me when my car was safely delivered. Great experience with this towing service!

On our way to Colorado we broke down in our RV. Called Dearden and James came out and towed us back to the mechanic. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend. Class act

We were saved by Dearden! It was 10:30 pm and stuck with two blown out tires on the motor home. Diesels we’re flying by us at 80 mph. Our family of 7 was out on the side of the road. The kids in blankets and hoodies on camp chairs. Thankfully, Dearden was headed home from another job and saw us in need. His truck had everything he needed to help us get back on the road and out of danger so we could get new tires the next morning.
