The team over at DeBoer Auto is super professional & honest. My boyfriend recommended them for my oil change. Called them up & got an appointment for the next day. Chris & his team were sweet & upfront. I have had awful treatment elsewhere walking in as a female at other mechanics in past, so I was really happy to meet these folks. Even loved my pup! Gave me a detailed list of before & after ( pics included) of work done / recommended before hand & after. No surprises! I'll be back for future work. Thank you guys so much.

I had a great experience at DeBoers! Besides Chris and the rest of the workers being friendly and kind,Chris and his mechanic bought me where my car was and showed me exactly what was broke and how they would fix it,how long it would take and offed me a car to use while mine was fixed! I would never go anywhere else! Kind,friendly,and most of all HONEST!it's a win all around ,prices were good,and they made my car like new,Thank You to Chris and his great team of workers! The team at DeBoers is so professional and accommodating. My car broke down on the way to work and they addressed my concerns right away without hesitation even though I didn’t have an appointment. Cassandra was so helpful and kind and my technician Josh showed me the problem and explained what needed to be done. They took my car and gave me a loaner which was so helpful. The repair was done quickly and wi the quality work. My rewards dollars came in handy on this job! I am a repeat customer and will continue to trust my car to DeBoers. Thank you!!!

I would honestly give a 4-star BUT ONLY due to the prices. However, everything else is a 5-STAR service. They have the BEST customer service!! They accommodated me in every way possible. My vehicle had to have all the belts replaced, battery replaced, and radiator flushing, after being towed. They were close to closing hours and stayed extra time to be sure that I was able to have my vehicle prior to closing for the weekend. I truly appreciate the extra time stayed to be sure that I received my vehicle on time. My vehicle is my "office" and without it I dont make money so THANK YOU. Lastly, the best and most efficient employee any company can have: Cassandra! And the same goes for Chris for helping and to Bill for getting the work done!! Thank you for everything, I'm truly grateful at

I would recommend highly this shop. I had a problem starting my car and needed quick repair. The communication is excellent. Pictures are taken at the start of service, which is helpful. A complete diagnostic was performed. I was given a thorough report of the recommended service with a line by line ability to approve or decline each recommendation. They even had a car fax report showing prior servicing on the car. Prices were as expected. It is always anxiety provoking when needing service, but I felt I received courteous and fair treatment at this shop.
