I don't know these folks personally and I normally don't leave google reviews but the new owners at this shop deserve it. Extensive amount of work was done on an import car brand many local shops declined to work on and they did an amazing over the top job on it. The bill came in $100 less than originally quoted. The car was washed and shined up looking as good as the day we bought it and smelling like a Christmas tree. Most importently, My daughter drove away very happy. 5 Stars

They did a FANTASTIC job of getting our van in after a pretty nasty run in with a deer. They were quick but efficient! Had one small hiccup after we picked our van up, and brought it right back They squeezed us in right away and figured and fixed the issue that day! The friendliest staff as well! Highly recommend!

Under the new owner and you can tell the people here care about what they do and the customers need and concerns very friendly and pricing is reasonable too! Would definitely recommend

Had issues with my truck, possibly the worst case for the trivial matter but was handled with the best efforts. Made sure to get it back better than it entered. Top down worked on it and did a great job. The best job I could have asked for!

On October 17th I took my truck in for a Krown reapplication. This is the third application that I have had done at Decatur's and up til now have had great experiences. I drive 2 hrs from my house to get this service done, so I will schedule a vacation day from work to do it. The day I got it done it was raining very hard so when it was finished, I just jumped into my truck and drove off. When I got home the rain had stopped so I decided to look under the hood and check out the job they had done.( I like to see everything shine, it makes me feel good) To my surprise there were areas under the hood that had been skipped top of the motor and along the firewall (see Pictures) I wasn't able to assess the under carriage as i just drove through a rain storm and it was wet.
