Deep South Towing

Zero stars, waited for over 3 hours and called 15 times to be sent straight to voicemail. Go with literally any other towing company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The people are obviously incompetent and inconsiderate. Absolutely awful. Progressive has removed Deep South Towing from their Roadside assistance list. Rightfully so. God awful people and company. Just down right terrible.

I wish I could give negative stars! Sat with a blow out on the side of the interstate for over 4 hours waiting for Deep South Towing. They kept saying they were 30 minutes away. Called their office for a rude man to tell me we are not the only people with a flat. That may be the case but why say you’re 30 minutes away if you’re not. Rude and unprofessional. Canceled the tow request.

Unprofessional Kenneth it may be his name but I know it starts with a K , it took them over3 hrs to pick my car up I was fine with that bc they called , I got a call asking me where my car was when it’s in the middle of a parking lot ,the tower was so rude had instructions and descriptions for my car , over 3 hrs he pulls up with my car and put it on the side of the road instead of in my driveway , he ask me to sign this (just like how I said it) , I ask him what was I signing he said don’t worried about it and threw my key on the hood in front of my child , no paper work was given , just so rude
