Tried to call and see if they had my tire size, they said they did not and they would need to be ordered. When they gave me a price it was great and I said let's order them. I had some time restrictions today and didn't want to rush them on the installation. I could get them put on tomorrow. He said he couldn't order the tires and the person that could would be in at 9am and to call back then. I do just that and call at 920 to give the person time to come in and get settled. The man who answered the phone was the same one that I had spoken with originally. He said the person wasn't in and to call at 10 now. When I questioned why he said 9 and now 10 and now 11? He said he'd take my number and have them call me. It's 1215 now still no call. Very disappointed, the reviews looked good.

Great service , I came in after work and spoke with the lovely girl in the office . They didn't have my size tires so she ordered them 4 brand new all terrains . They arrived the next morning and the girl gavee a call to let me know they arrived . I returned afterwork to have them installed . The mechanic did a great job with install and also did a great job with my alignment, truck is driving great . Only reason not 5 stars is the mechanic couldnt drive my manual transmission truck onto the lift for alignment and kept jerking and stalling it . I eventually had to drive it up on the lift .everything else was great . Good people , product and service .

We got their ten minutes before closing and he took care of us no problem! Will ref be going back here! Fast and great customer service!

Fast, Quick, Reliable, Quality, Fair Price. Will blow away your mind with these guys work. Simple flat tire fix in $10 where discount tire or firestone would have asked to replace two tires for $400.

If you are looking for tires Do not come Here. This can be one of your worst experiences you ever have to deal with. I promise. They put the wrong tires on my car!!!! After buying 2 new tires from this place, no longer than a month ago, my car needed to get towed. I figured it was something else, but the dealership sent me video and pictures stating the SHOP PUT 2 DIFFERENT SIZE TIRES in front that’s not matching the back set. 2 inches difference in size. My entire transfer case is destroyed due to mismatch tires. After calling manager, this was absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences ever. He immediately deflected the entire situation and blamed me for choosing the tires!!! When have you seen someone purchasing tires, pick the tires out from the shop??? He kept mistakin
