I went in today had to get calipers. I was told that I needed to bring back the bracket after I went there the one time. Drove back home finished breaks & drive back to return the old parts again… then was told after I get there that I needed the box. So why was I not informed any of this the first time I called to ask about the part and to return the old part to get the $30 bucks off. I might as well not go back a third time to return it since I already drove back and fourth twice which equals out four times! Nice people, but need more knowledgeable kids that work there. So this won’t happen to others. Over and over again. Train accordingly.

My jeep died, had to jump start it every time I needed to use it. Took it to auto value in North branch Michigan young man there tested my alternator and my battery. My battery was not working. Got a new one. He put it in for me. I had to go home to get the money for it and he trusted me for it that’s crazy but the people who work there were absolutely amazing in an auto parts store definitely should go to North branch Michigan auto value Excellent customer service
