I had a great experience at DEKRA Emissions. After a frustrating interaction at another emissions location nearby, I came here and explained what had happened. Gene, the gentleman helping me immediately reassured me and said my questions were completely reasonable — especially since emissions testing is something most people only do once a year or may not have done before at all. He clearly explained the process, told me exactly what to do (stay in the car, turn it off, then turn it back on), and was professional, patient, and kind the entire time. We were done in 10 minutes or less. These places are only about a quarter mile apart, but the difference in customer service was night and day. I really appreciated being treated with respect. Highly recommend DEKRA.

I had Malcom as my inspector and he was very nice and the service was don’t in five minutes!

$25 for Emissions Testing (Which is expensive). Closed on Sundays. Wiper blades and vehicle additives are upsold here on top of expensive emissions testing. An old, thoroughly used, outdoor, porty potty is offered as a restroom. Its on the far left side of the "Big Lots!" parking lot, next to the McDonald's (facing "Big Lots" store).
