DEKRA Emission Check - Johnsons Ferry

Today, November 4, I went to DEKRA at Johnson ferry, the employee told me to change the windshield wiper, I asked the value but it was not very clear, he said 27.99 I believed that this would be the final value, when I saw that it was not I asked him to cancel, he was very angry and saying that I should change, and saying several other things, he canceled but with anger, when I left there I realized that my return was with less value and I came back to try to clarify, he was very ignorant, he punched the door of my Car, I just accepted what he said and left because I was afraid of what he could do. I don't recommend this place!

This place got me in and out in under 10 minutes. The tester was super nice, and easier to deal with than the other Dekra locations that I’ve been to.

Super friendly service, but I was told I'd need a replacement gas cap in order to pass and that it was a certain price, and then my card was charged for $10 more than that price. I had pulled away before examining the receipt (my own dumb fault) and didn't have time to return and make a thing of it, but I'm sure the guy would've straightened it out for me if I'd still been there. He was very nice. So I'd just recommend you check your receipt before you leave.

Every time I have ever tried to go there, and it’s been for both of my cars several years in a row now, always during hours they are supposed to be open, (according to their own website), they have a sign up saying they are closed. They need to be respectful of peoples’ time and not so careless about closing their business haphazardly. If they need to close for lunch every day so the person can have a break, great. Say that on your website. It’s not that hard.
