DEKRA Emission Check - Jonesboro Rd

The wait to get my emissions was very long, probably about thirty minutes but I don't blame the company.. They were the one emissions company open and it was a Saturday morning. I was suggest going another day and time if you have the option. The technician was very professional, personable and helpful. Showed me to issues on my vehicle that needed to be repaired which had nothing to do with the emissions.

Good and very fast service once it was my turn. I can't remember the guy's name that other ppl called rude in their reviews, but to me he was fine. Just a different type of personality..either that or I just caught him on a good day. Still a good experience nonetheless. They charged $25...but they were the ONLY PLACE within a 10 mile radius that were open when their hours said they were. So kudos for that too.

Very quick, even 5 days before the end of the month (not counting Sunday). Attendant was nice and not unnecessarily chatty. Completely outdoors though, might not be a great place to go on a poor weather day. $25 is the highest price I've seen around, but the location is convenient to shopping, so it makes sense. Ample room for a line of cars to wait. Price was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

I just rode past where this one was located and it makes me laugh to see that they are closed lol. My wife and I went up there to get an inspection for her vehicle with our 8 month old daughter a while back first of all the attendant was walking like a robot or a drill sergeant very stiff, it was weird. I stated that we weren't comfortable with a stranger getting into our car. Mind you this was just after covid. The rude old man insisted that we "got ta get out" even when I tried to explain that we were capable of plugging the machine in he kept saying "got ta get out". I wish I was there when they shut this one down so I could have said "got ta get out" 😂😂😂

You know, I’ve been getting emissions done for the better half of my life and I can honestly say I’ve never seen it take 20+ minutes a car. The man working was incredibly rude. So on top of waiting over an hour for him to run 3 cars he told me I was lying about my key fobs battery life. Like who exactly do you think you are? I left. Service was horrible, slow, and expensive.
