Zero wait time, efficient and friendly service. I did not catch the name of the person at the time, but my receipt says Matthew A. Really appreciate the clear communication during the process. Not everyone manages that, especially in jobs where you must repeat the same thing over and over to everyone. Too easy for it to feel so routine that you forget your customer is hearing it for the first time, and some may be tired, distracted, or otherwise not hearing/comprehending very well. Anyway, based on this experience getting my emissions test completed here, I would not hesitate at all to recommend others to go here.

i won’t be coming back here. the guy asked me twice why i have a husband but also have a rainbow ‘ally’ sticker on my car. then proceeded to manslplain how to go to a mechanic to ask for repairs on my car (after i told him i know my car will fail, i know what’s wrong and my husband has the parts to fix it). all he heard is the word ‘husband’ mixed with that sticker. weird dude, i felt super uncomfortable standing there with him for 10 minutes alone in an empty parking lot.

Very friendly and quick service. Also great that they're open til 7pm during the week for folks to get there after work.

Cheapest emission test center in my area, costing only $15! They also offer a $4 coupon online that I forgot to.
