DEKRA Emission Check - Peachtree Corners

I cannot believe how rude the two guys working there are. No greeting Or thank you. Only asked if I wanted windshield wipers, I said no. Then he said $25. He gave me papers and said nothing. Left the plug in my car and I said are you going to take it out? Still nothing was said and he removed it. It’s obvious these guys hate their job but to be so rude to customers is not acceptable. Sorry I gave them business and will never be back. Avoid!!!

Opened late on Saturday. I was there at 8:55am. David was extremely rude, acted like he hated his job. When he asked me the key he looked at me, shook his head, and slammed the key on my seat. Never coming back here again. Terrible service. Edit: and he left my hood open as my car starting beeping as I drove away.

They were quick to the point the tag office was going to close in 25 minutes and I was able to pass and get my tag ^_^

The car failed the emissions test and he didn’t even let me know. Ended up going to the registration place for nothing

The associate was extremely polite and professional. After my test was complete my battery died she stayed as long as she could to make sure I was ok . She went beyond. Her kindness was appreciated. Thank you for employing such a considered person. After reading a couple of the negative reviews I hope the young lady working the night I was there gets recognition for doing a great job
