DEKRA Emissions, Safety and Oil Change - McDermott -TX

Always get excellent service. I have 3 cars and have brought them to this location for several years. It can get busy but they move through each vehicle as quickly as possible. My most recent visit took less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this place.

Excellent and speedy service! Highly recommend this location. Walked in on a Saturday lunch and even though there were a few people in line ahead of me it was still pretty quick plus there’s a warm waiting area indoors. Everyone was very nice and respectful :)

Professional staff and excellent service experience. I highly recommend this location for oil changes and state inspections. It’s in a great area with plenty of parking and open space.

I made the mistake of ignoring the other recent negative reviews and got my oil changed here. It’s safe to say I will never be coming back. After doing our oil changed, the mechanics failed to put our underneath plate back in place and the plate dragged all the way home. When we called to ask if someone could come and finished the job we paid for they said the wouldn’t send anyone and we would have to drive all the way back with the plate dragging the whole way. There was no apology or anything.

Bring your insurance, need be up to date. No fuss, got the job done pretty quick.
