I was test driving a car with another dealership, and I found a cute affordable 2017 Mitsubishi as we were driving by. I stopped and spoke with Brittany Clark and after a test drive and letting us take it by our family mechanic we decided to go ahead with the car. They made the process so easy and smooth and as a first time buyer that meant the world!!! She was determined to help me find the perfect car and it just so happened to be our first pick was it! Couldn’t have had a better experience!!!

Del Rio motors is amazing! They really helped me get in to a ride and were super nice and willing to help. Fast forward two weeks later, and I get in an accident and total my brand new car. They are doing everything they can to help me get in to a new vehicle and mark and Brittany have been so so helpful. We are very blessed to have found this place, they treat you like family. Because of them I will hopefully be able to keep my driving job, because they are so willing to help and work with us.

This place is incredible! Frank is the nicest guy! We have owned 2 vehicles from here and the customer service is amazing! Super friendly and helpful! They know us by name and always smile when I come in! Ray sold us both cars and Heather always takes care of us when we need help! Even with our low credit we were aproved and we get to pay every two weeks instead of once a month! This really helps us! We cant wait to buy another car here when we are ready! Would not tell me how much they was giving me for my trade. Mark did not say anything to me just looked at my car and walked past me so I left and went to Cecils motors got Better deal on new car .Mark needs to learn how to treat customers better will not deal with him again poor service .After I left they text me and gave me a price for me trade in they were way to late bought car from Art at cecils used car lot good guy honest with you so go see him

This will be the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this company! Reading some of these reviews has me in awe! I gotta say that Frank and Heather are some of the most amazing, caring, understanding, and friendliest people I have ever met in my life! They don’t just sell you a car, but make you part of the Del Rio family! Buying a car doesn’t have to be stressful at all! These people really care and always have some really nice cars to choose from!!
