These people needs to learn how to be professional and ethical. Some of their office give better services than others. They Maybe have a good management, but definitely needs supervision and transparency on their individual informations.

What a bad service. After telling them I need coverage for a boat that’s $185.000 they told me yea that’s no problem they did coverage for only $10,000 that’s insane. Called numerous times to speak to a manager oh yea he will call you in 15 minutes 5 days after no call. Stay away from here it’s all a big scam.

It was the only one employee when I was there she was very Pleasant very knowledgeable I was just there to make a payment to stop what she was doing I got in and out in a matter of minutes very nice place nice and clean and sanitized very friendly employee very knowledgeable employee right in Hialeah
