Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas- 55+ Retirement Community

I am a new owner in the Lake Las Vegas Del Webb community as of the New Year 2026. I purchased in this community after touring most of the new builds in the immediate area of the lake. This one was the most impressive for the lay out of the residential streets, the gated community and the club house. Everything was beautiful and well maintained. This area is extremely quite at all times. The 55 and over community is a bonus because you're surrounded by mature people who clearly worked hard for their retirement and now want to live in an upscale exclusive area. I love owning a home 20 minutes from Las Vegas City that it is 100% safe from all the drama, crime, graffiti, and troubles that city brings to most neighborhoods. Just crossed the one year mark of purchasing our new home. Loving our home, the Del Webb Community (everyone is amazing), and all of Lake Las Vegas. So far, a fantastic place to retire!

Throughout our entire construction, we were given updates on a weekly basis via email from our construction manager, Mark. We live in California and we’re purchasing this as our retirement home. Marc kept us up-to-date every step of the way. He went over and above, and not only communicating, but helping us with our own needs on a personal level that made the whole process as smooth as possible. Work ethic and attention to detail was stellar! I would recommend the Del Webb lake Las Vegas community to anyone who is considering a 55+ situation. (Closed May 2023)

Jeremy was my salesperson, and he was amazing. He is knowledgeable, attentive, has a great personality, and is very kind. He made the purchase process super simple and put up with me visiting every Saturday to watch the progression of my home. Marc Hunter, the construction superintendent, was the best. He met every deadline, was super communicative, sent me pictures every week, and provided updates as well. I appreciated how very patient he was with me and all my questions. If he said he would take care of something he always did and was very efficient. He is a very dedicated employee and super knowledgeable. He made the entire process seamless. Love my new home. 🩵

We are thrilled with our new home. It turned out as beautiful as we imagined. The experience was great, and we are thankful to everyone involved throughout the process. Special thanks to Alejandro, our construction manager, who kept us informed throughout the build process and was instrumental in ensuring every detail was addressed to our satisfaction. In addition, our Customer Care Manager, Ryan Moss, has been extremely helpful in addressing new concerns and scheduling minor repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of our Pulte home, and has quickly become our key resource. Our sincere thanks to Del Webb and Pulte for making our dream home a reality!
