Del Webb at North Ranch- 55+ Retirement Community

I guess I should have written this review some time ago. LOL We've now owned our Del Webb home for 3+ years and love it here! We have some of the best neighbors and have great friends in the community. I've served on the HOA board as well. As a Realtor, you couldn't find a better place to live and play. My wife knew many people retiring in Del Webb homes. When it was our time to find our retirement home, we chose a Del Webb 55+ community. Del Webb North Ranch has been wonderful for us. I'm at the gym 6 days a week. The morning gym regulars are very friendly and motivating. The other residents have been friendly. We know most people on our street and go out to restaurants and do other activities with them. The events at the Club House are nice. The pools always look wonderful. I'll be adding water exercises to my workout soon. Scott Hayes is a wonderful Service Manager. My one year warranty period is here and we are very satisfied with our home and how issues were corrected. I do recommend Del Webb North Ranch to my friends and family. There are a few homes still available.

Scott Hayes has been AMAZING from day one!! I moved into my home a year ago and from that day to now, Scott has been OUTSTANDING! Anytime I email or call Scott, he responds immediately. Scott makes me feel as if I'm his ONLY customer and we ALL know he's a VERY busy man. Scott is welcoming, knowledgeable, caring, professional...I could go on and on as he is the epitome of what makes a home buying experience GREAT from start to finish. This is my fourth home and by far, the best home buying experience I have ever had. Scott should train others on what outstanding customer service is as he demonstrates this daily! I've referred several of my teacher friends to Del Webb because of Scott. Scott should be recognized on a national level. Thank you Scott for making my last home experience

Stopped in to check out home sites. The employees were friendly and allowed us to walk around unbothered.

I’ve known of Del Webb properties for years, worked at those facilities several times, and has always hoped to find a home in one of their communities. Now my family and I have done just that, at a great 55+ location. We had an easy, stress-free time during the purchase process, received a lot of support and honest help from our sales person Wister, and truly breezed right into the home we all desired. Del Webb and Pulte homes have earned a great reputation and certainly earned our support/respect.
