Del Webb Orlando

After a one week vacation in an ocean resort, my wife and I were touring the facilities early this summer, and we were so impressed that we signed a contract to have a home built after a only a few hours of touring the adjoining town shopping, dining, medical facilities, and then spent two more hours viewing everything Del Webb Orlando. We picked a nice lot, and then flew home the next day. We flew back to pick everything out at the Orlando design studio, and now our home is half built already. We can’t wait to see it completed. All the people we stopped to talk to were all friendly everywhere, and I wait with anticipation to the day we move in and become members of the community.

We traveled many places. W love this place mostly because because of its location. But it's the residents that really make it awesome. The median age is 62 which is very young for a 55+. Shop around is what I tell everyone, you'll be back.

Dell Webb is not closed...it only means all the building lots have been sold.

Beautiful place, wonderful people. Rules may be more strict than the other communities but that might be helping to keep good looking community. Lots of animals and birds to watch. Great clubhouse with indoor pool and hot tub! We had been living here for 4-1/2 years and never wanted to move.

We love our home here. The lakes and views are truly beautiful. The facilities are well maintained, and the community itself includes residents with huge, caring hearts. You will not find a better place to live.
