If i could leave this place zero stars i would! We brought a brand new custom VT Forged wheels ($10,000) to this shop to have a tire mounted. These wheels had just arrived after waiting about 3 months for them to be custom made, and they were in perfect condition when we brought them in. The shop told me they had worked with expensive wheels before and were comfortable handling them. During the mounting process, the technician severely damaged the lip of the wheel with their tire machine, leaving deep gouges and drag marks in the finish. The manufacturer has already confirmed the wheel cannot be repaired and must be completely remade, which now means waiting another 7 months for a replacement. I had a great experience at Delaney Tire and Auto at Princess Place. I was referred to them and Brad was able to take care of me the same day, which I really appreciated. They got my car in right away and completed new brakes and rotors, a brake flush, and an oil change all in one visit. The work was done promptly and everything has been running smoothly since. Everyone I interacted with — from the mechanic to the front desk associate to Brad — was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The whole process felt straightforward and stress-free. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Good work but outrageous prices that are doubled. His website will delete any reviews less than 5 stars. Will give the brush for minor repairs because he can't charge you $$$$. If they agree to do minor repairs, record it on your phone. That young guy behind the counter will deny that you wanted that done.

Had never been to this shop before, but walked in and needed an inspection. Check in was quick and easy, and employees were very polite. They were very busy this time with customers coming in and out, but everyone was politely greeted and spoken to. Every employee knew exactly what they were doing despite the uptempo of service. The shop also was very clean and seemed well organized as well. I would absolutely recommend coming here, and I plan to use them again for all my automotive service needs.

The manager Brad is absolutely the best. He was so knowledgeable about any question I had. He also took his time explaining each issue and how they resolved it. The mechanics did an awesome job on my repair. I am so pleased with their service, knowledge, and professionalism. I would 1000 % recommend them to anyone I know.
