I had such a great experience at Delaware Auto Glass! I pulled up with a rearview mirror mount that had fallen off and asked how much it would be to have it reinstalled. I had already tried twice myself and failed. Dwayne came out, took a look at it, and asked for my keys. About 10 minutes later he had it perfectly installed and aligned. To my surprise, he didn’t charge me a thing. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare these days. He easily could have charged me, but instead he just helped me out and got me back on the road. If I ever need auto glass work in the future, this will be the first place I go. When I initially called, the person I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and helpful. However, my in person experience at the shop was less welcoming, as the staff didn’t seem very friendly. The windshield replacement itself was done quickly and appeared to be well done. That said, when I got back into my car, I noticed my EZ-Pass had been removed and left on the floor, which felt a bit inconsiderate. Overall, they offered the best price in the area, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
