Let me start by saying I've never had a problem with tires, they always do great. I got a oil change 2 days ago they put the wrong oil in it, went back same day made it right. Next day driving around i was dragging my cover they never reinstalled properly. Now today just 2 days later im leaking oil!! That's a lot of headache for and $82 3 hour oil change.

I forgot to write my review months ago but just wanted to help people be aware to stay away from this place. I believe safety should be a #1 priority, especially when your job is to fix or help maintain a customer’s property. I took my family vehicle to get the front breaks replaced. I paid for work and went about my life. Shortly after the new brakes were installed I noticed a noise coming from my brakes so I went to my private mechanic but he didn’t want to touch the vehicle because he told me it’s best for me to take it to the company who recently did the work. So I took it back so they could check the reason for the noise. I was told by the Manager that the reason for the noise was because they put the rear brakes on the front instead of replacing what I came for which was the front.

Needed my daughters car looked at before heading home for Thanksgiving break to MA. Everyone that I spoke to from start to finish was professional and friendly. They kept us informed as to what needed to be done and the cost involved. She dropped the car off at 11:15 today and it was done by 3:15. The UD Student discount is very thoughtful. Thank you!!!!!!

I just brought two of my cars to DTC for new tires. I've been a customer for over a decade. They continue to do good work for me at reasonable prices. Tires aren't cheap these days, but at least I feel I'm getting a fair deal. They don't try to sell me service I didn't request, and they honor their quotes. I'll keep going back, along with the rest of my family.
