My husband and I purchased a 2026 Honda Ridgeline from D’Ella Honda. Our salesman was John England and he was very knowledgeable, he listened, asked questions and offered suggestions. We would also like to add that the business manager, Kurt Montanye and the general sales manager, Erick Forlie were very helpful in making the sales transaction easy. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Another salesman even stopped by the desk and asked if we would like some water or coffee. We are very impressed with the staff and our new truck.

I leased a 2025 Honda Pilot Trail Sport and not only is the car beautiful but I had an amazing experience!! Everyone was so polite and welcoming and my salesperson Ashley Porlier was top notch! She made the whole experience easy and smooth! I told her what I wanted for a payment and how much money I had to work with and boom she came back with a payment even lower!! Just purchased a 2026 Honda CRV EXL. We weren’t sure which model would suit us best. Christopher Cole was patient and detail oriented. He took the time to show us different models and explain their features. Our experience was stress free and although we went to “look” at new cars, we happily drove our new one home. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox from Della Honda in Queensbury. Our Sales Consultant Ashley Porlier was absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to get to know us along with our granddaughter, who is pictured with Ashley in front of the car. She works very hard for her customers and makes sure you are well informed throughout the whole process. Della Honda really needs to start using her in their commercials as she is the perfect spokeswoman for the dealership. And an honorable mention to the Business Manager Ron Williams as he was fantastic with getting us through the paperwork and not wasting our time. I would highly recommend this dealership and buying from them again in the future.

Very positive car-buying experience with Della Honda. We came in with a vague idea of what we wanted in the next vehicle, but kept an open mind while we worked with our salesperson Damien. There was never any pressure to go one way or another, only facts about certain models and how our needs would fit in each one. He was able to work with us on finance options for a 2026 HRV Sport – lovely ride loaded with safety features.
