We recently purchased a car and had a great experience working with John. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood all of our options. The entire process was smooth and much easier than we expected. John was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care that we left with the right vehicle for our needs. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend asking for John. I and Gary bought a new vehicle from Dellen. We had a pleasant experience so we thought. Sales staff was really nice and helpful. We were lied to by the finance department after loan approval. Their were 2 places that excepted the loan he only told us about the one with over 10% APR. The other loan that was also approved was for around 5% APR and more months to pay off, it would have been in the thousands cheaper. Needless to say we signed the over 10% APR loan without knowing. I know you want to make commissions but dang. We found out thru the mail about the second loan offer. I feel like they didn't think we would find out. I changed our review after finding this new information. We cant even get the service department to do an oil change as we have 2 free ones, they are saying they are

Everyone at Dellen CDJR was so nice and helpful. We communicated via phone, text and email. They are super flexible to speak with the way you prefer! AND Gabe and the rest of the team were able to find us THE best looking Jeep possible (at least in my eyes). And we couldn't be more happy! Thank you Dellen for once again making us Jeep owners. Absolutely a wonderful experience! I traveled 3 hours away, unfortunately through inclement weather. The talented staff was more than accommodating to wait after hours for my arrival. When I am ready to replace my new Jeep, I will go back without question. When you find that one company who does the best work, you don’t mind traveling. The staff treated my daughter and I so great from pricing, negotiating my trade, to the exceptional delivery.
