Do not recommend this shop. Started when I bought the car and needed an inspection. I made it a mile away had multiple system failure. Then needed help with the 02 sensor and asked for an oil change. They over filled the oil and blew the gasket. Took the car back and had them fix it they tried to charge me for it....... It was their fault. He mentioned that they broke a screw. After my car started running poorly I opened the hood to find the screw they broke the casing for the screw that held the spark plug wire in place. They broke the valve cover replacing the gasket. Then my battery kept dying. I looked under the hood and noticed strange wires hanging, and flapping around in the engine compartment. They also refused to work on two of my cars, but when my honey asked they made it sound

Great experience! No other tire shop was able to get the tires I needed for several days. Dellingers Tire Discounters was able to get the tires the same day and installed the next morning 8am. Simple, easy, great service and great price!

Not gonna lie, I had my daily driver in for an inspection and a few other annoyances... It was still in the shop, my boys called me to say they just had an accident on the way home from school. I called and said I need my car back. Is she drivable? Dellinger's was so awesome, just come get your car, she's fine, we will tally up tomorrow and they were super generous on the tally. The pics are my son's car after his accident. Both of my kids were fine. No airbags deployed. No injuries. And Dellinger's took care of us. Can't recommend them any higher than a 5-star. Highly recommend.

I have been going to this place for almost 2 decades and I am never disappointed. Patrick Mathews is the store manager and I had a issue with my tires and he blew my expectations out of the water! He fixed the issue and then went even further to make sure that I was satisfied. I will continue to return and will also continue to tell everyone I know who needs tires or vehicle repairs to go see them and I guarantee you'll be happy with the service you'll receive! I don't know why this place is over hyped but they were going to charge me $1,600 for front brakes including rotors and all that. Sorry I'm not a girl that was born yesterday I've had my brakes worked on by Independent shops and by dealerships and they were never that much. They're also not that friendly or willing to discuss any confusion or answer much questions. Seemed more annoyed in in a rush to get me out the door. I don't get the hype on this place. I found tire choice in Portsmouth near the Harris teeter to be much better priced with a quick turnaround. I also really liked Firestone in Chesapeake square Mall but they have a long wait list. I take my car to one of those places before here. I also want to add that they parked my unregistered car way down the street in the nei
