Miss Charmaine Colbert the property manager is very nice and caring towards all the residents. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. The property is very well kept. I would reccomend this place to anyone. It's a very good environment for the elderly.

My dad has lived at this place for years and the staff is the best of the best. Charmainge and her team truly care about the residents and they stop at nothing to ensure they are safe and have all of their needs met. On several occasions, staff has dropped what they were doing to assist my father when he needed help. I just can't say enough good about this place.

I really enjoy living here at Delta Cove apartments. Everyone is so friendly and the property manager miss Charmaine Colbert is so helpful and kind and always has a beautiful smile to brighten up your day! I would highly recommend this community to anyone!!

The office staff has never answered the phone or returned messages for appropriately a month. My application is stuck. I have messaged the umbrella company email I found. The company that runs the credit background has even tried to reach them on my behalf.

I'm sure the property is very nice. I have tried to rent an apartment there for over a year and a half and never manage to get any response from them. Seeing fairly recent reviews makes it very disheartening.
